According to the statistics that I have kept this past year, the average life expectancy is continuing to go down, not up as reported in many sources. More and more people are being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and Alzheimer’s-related diseases. What role do environmental toxins play in these issues?
You can learn more by checking out this article published in 2021 in the National Library of Medicine. The article is titled Brain Disorders and Chemical Pollutants. It has some interesting statements, especially about higher-income countries (like the U.S). and the correlation between environmental toxins and brain issues like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit disorders, and epilepsy.
Ten statements from the article are listed below.
Given the connection between environmental toxins that have breached the blood-brain barrier and negative neurological impacts, such as attention deficit issues, autism spectrum disorders, epilepsy, and neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer’s, it seems logical to seek methods that can assist children and adults who suffer with such neurological issues to support their bodies’ natural detoxification pathways to remove the harmful toxins.
By focusing only on traditional treatment without supporting detoxification of the toxins that are likely impairing brain function, are we limiting the progress that individuals with various neurological issues could make?
Here is the awesome news! There are binders made to assist the body in removing toxins. There are specific enzymes and nutrients that support the detoxification process. Given how fearfully and wonderfully we are made, it is possible to remove toxins and potentially regain or claim greater brain function. Granted, this isn’t a do-it-yourself kind of thing. You need to seek a trained practitioner to support you.
It is becoming more and more evident that environmental toxins play a large role in neurological disorders. If you are a parent of a child who struggles with neurological issues, or if you are someone who struggles with brain fog or cognitive decline, I would certainly explore and make use of the many newly developed methods to support toxin removal. My clients often hear me say, "Better out than in." This holds true in regards to getting unwanted parasites out, as well as removing damaging environmental toxins that are impairing the function of our cells and tissues. Anything that hinders function is better out than in!
Doing detox work is not a quick fix. It is a journey - a journey in which you can become empowered with the tools and the support you need to improve your life and your function.
One thing is for certain: the neurological problems will not go away on their own. Things are likely to get worse. I’d like to err on the side of getting the most out of life, but that’s just me. The detox journey was the right journey for me. And it has served hundreds, even thousands of people to improve their function and their lives.
